  I love nearly everything about Sherman's. The food is out of this world and I can't recall a time when I was disappointed in my meal. The servers seem like they have all been there for decades which speaks to loyalty and longevity, but therein may lie the one little problem I have. The service can suffer at times. When someone has been serving food at the same restaurant for 20+ years, they may forget sometimes that the menu is huge and guests may need a few extra minutes to look it over. Impatience and attitude don't help speed things up. And while I realize that they want to turn the tables over as quickly as possible, that pressure should not be on the guests just because there is a line out the door and people are baking because it's 103 out. There are plenty of places to eat, so the servers should not put undo pressure on the guests to hurry because there is a wait. That's my only small complaint because it's happened several times. In order to avoid this issue, try to come at the "in between" times, such as 10AM, 2PM, 4PM and 8PM.

  Highly disappointed. This place was suggested to me by a friend, but he must be crazy. The roast beef sandwich I had was fatty, my wife's chicken was bland, and service was a bit slow.
  
  We decided to give this place one more shot tonight and swing by and get some dessert. The two ladies behind the counter looked right through my wife and I even though we were standing right in front of them to ask if anyone needed anything. After being overtaken by someone in the back of the line we just spent 10 min waiting in, we left.
  
  Workers are very rude, food is mediocre at best, and it's pricey. I don't know why anybody would eat here more than once. Highly overrated.
