Employees very nice BUT they need to know what Jersey Mike's is about. I spoke to the Manager, Andrew and he said employees were all new and needed training. That's not an acceptable response. The Palm Desert unit is far superior as to product and what should be on a sub. Will NOT return to this location. Funny thing is, I believe both units are owned by same people. Either way, Jersey Mike's has a reputation, and this location should be in tune with ALL Jersey Mike's, which is know for quality AND quantity.July 26, 2016
