Food and service tend to fall off in PS for the "low season" in mid-summer. But 115 degrees in the shade is no excuse for the clumsily appalling food we encountered. I assume a talented chef designed the menu, then left the cooking to someone willing to endure the heat but not willing to taste the food as it leaves the kitchen.May 16, 2017
