  This restaurant is now back in good ownership. There was a brief stint when the food's quality deteriorated and the prices went up. Thanks to the present owner, the quality and quantity of food is excellent again. This restaurant is well run, employees are treated well and many have worked there for a number of years. The drinks are always excellent, as is the food. The restaurant is beautiful with a lovely atmosphere and great views of downtown Palm Springs. They provide intimate tables for two and can also host a very large party.

  Matchbox is a great bar and grill on the first floor overlooking Palm Canyon Dr in the middle of Downtown Palm Springs. We were hungry that night and thirsty, and after having a Heineken I swear I've had the best and biggest burgers in a very long time. Prices were reasonable, too ($13 for a burger + fries).
  
  Quick and very friendly service, so friendly that my German friend left the waitress a whole lotta tip.
  
  It's the drinks, really.

  Fantastic Pizza. Thin crust and great toppings. Nice location and fun place. Staff was great and i would highly recommend it for families as well.
